Important Advisements The reception is open but with limited staff. If there is no staff at the reception, the keys can be picked up from a safety deposit box located outside the reception on the left. The code of the safe is 2782 # (# is at the bottom right on the dial pad) then turn the lever to the right to open the safety box. Inside, you will find an envelope in your name that will contain the keys and instructions about how to reach your apartment.
