REQUIRED SURCHARGES (energy, accommodations/occupancy tax, bed tax, fees or other miscellaneous) ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OCCUPANT AND ARE PAYABLE DIRECTLY TO THE RESORT. Surcharges are subject to change without notice. MANDATORY RESORT FEE: USD $25 PER UNIT, PER DAY; or USD $175 PER WEEK, PLUS APPLICABLE TAX. MANDATORY FEE WILL BE PAID DIRECTLY TO RESORT AT CHECKIN. Please be advised this resort collects Room Occupancy Tax, County TA Tax, and Room General Excise Tax. CLEANING FEE: USD $120 -1BED, USD $130 -2BED, PER WEEK. PLUS APPLICABLE TAXES. We have included all fees and surcharges provided to us by the resort.

Resort parking is typically limited to one car per unit. A parking fee may be charged. Some resorts may have no on-site parking, requiring the use of an alternate off-site facility at an additional fee. Prior arrangements must be made for parking trailers, boats, motorcycles or any type of recreational vehicle (may not have on-site). Taxes are assessed per unit,per day for each 7 day increment confirmed. No reduction for stays of less than 7 days.
Guests are responsible for payment of a nightly State of Hawaii Transient Occupancy Tax, assessed on all units.
Important Advisements
SMOKE-FREE RESORT. Smoking is NOT permitted in the units or public common areas. Some resorts may have a designated area where smoking is permitted. For additional information, concerns about use of e-smoking devices or possible penalties for non-compliance, contact the resort directly.
Guest Services
Ordinarily, daily maid service will not be provided. At those resorts offering such a service, it is usually at an additional fee.
Bedding type may differ from that indicated on confirmation. Contact the resort with requests for specific bedding type. Requests are subject to availability upon check-in.
