The Aspens and Aspen Village

The resort is located high in the Idaho mountains about 100 miles (161 kilometers) north of Boise. The area is ideal for both winter and summer recreation. Nearby is Payette Lake for sailing, waterskiing, and swimming; Ponderosa State Park has cross-country skiing and Brundage Mountain and Tamarack Resort, both located within 12 miles (19 kilometers) of town, feature fantastic downhill skiing. Excellent hunting, fishing, and snowmobiling also are available.
