Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you contact our office at your earliest convenience. To ensure we can effectively accommodate other clients and explore suitable alternative arrangements, we greatly appreciate receiving as much advance notice as possible. Your cooperation in this matter is highly valued, and our team is readily available to assist you with any necessary booking adjustments. As part of our booking policy, we require a valid card on file. Please be aware that a no-show fee of $5.00 will be applied if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notification. However, if you cancel your appointment in advance or provide timely notification, no fees will be incurred. Furthermore, please note that a full refund of $199.00 for the service will be issued only in the instance of a no-show.
