Cancellation Policy
We kindly request your understanding of our booking policy. These guidelines have been established to ensure a seamless experience for all our valued guests. We encourage you to review them thoroughly before finalizing your reservation. We believe this policy is instrumental in upholding the high standard of service you anticipate and merit. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. We respectfully request that you provide us with adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, ideally at least 24 hours in advance. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise, making a 24-hour notice challenging. Should you anticipate an inability to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us promptly. Failure to provide notification will result in a $10 fee for missed appointments, as this time could otherwise be allocated to other clients.
